I have explosive, burning diarrhea for the last several hours despite full daily dose of metamucil and immodium. Scares me because the only irregular item I had today was a coconut- pineapple nectar. I know I shouldn't panic but if this continues I think I will. Any ideas to solve the issue at the moment since I have taken all immodium for today? Could I have a stomach bug? I am 3 weeks from 1 years since takedown. Successfully working full time. A lot of stress this week so any ideas or support would be appreciated as I am 1hr and a half from VA emergency that would have all my jpouch records. Did try some Peptobismol chewbles.....
