Hi all,
I have a cold and every time I catch one I notice that my pouch is pretty active. I tend to go more when feeling under the weather. Is it just me or does anyone else notice that too?

Hi joe, i can also tell before a cold or sore throat, i feel pain at the pouch area and my bowel movements increases significantly, normally 4-6 times a day, when I'm not feeling so well 10-12,
Once i notice this symptoms i start drinking alot of Gatorade to keep me hydrated.
Also my pouch is sending me a message kind of, even before i feel any cold symptoms, that's kinda interesting, so i can tell something is coming up.
also what i have noticed, when I'm under the weather I'm more weak then i use to before the pouch, sleeping more, just general weaknes, am i the only one?
Mark - I do notice I like to lay around and nap more when I have a cold or are sick.
