So I have my regular day routine down to a science to what i eat and when i will go at work, and then once i'm home after work, there of course is no concern.

But even after 11 years, I still have not formalized a plan for those days when i know i'll be out at night with friends and might not have access to a bathroom.  What I usually do now is make sure not to eat as much before so that there is nothing to come out, and also take at least one immodium a few hours prior to heading out.  Of late, I've been eating a dish of rice cooked together with lentils which, due to the high fiber, not only keeps me satiated, but seems to bind things up.  

Do you all do anything in particular?
