Hello, Good Dawg.  How about banana as a snack before bed? It helps thicken. Or Greek yogurt with a banana sliced into it. Or try a piece of hard cheese?  Or a bit of pasta if you have leftover from dinner. Sometimes if I have leftover oatmeal I will have that, even though it's cold and solid, it still tastes good if I pour some warmed almond milk and cinnamon on top. (My doctor said that a light carbohydrate snack can help promote sleep, or keep me from waking up three hours later, because it keeps my sugar levels even and stable during sleep. But be careful not to have a huge carb meal before sleep.)
