20 year poucher.  Scheduled for a CT scan in 3 weeks with contrast.  Pelvis and abdomen.  I'm sensing something is maybe blocked by the takedown site, twisted, or maybe adhesions.  Could be hernia as pain is radiating into my thighs.  My question is: Will the CT scan show if I have a blockage, adhesions, hernia, scar tissue, etc?  Thanks.

CT with contrast can show blockages (narrowing of bowel often with proximal dilation) and hernias. Adhesions and scar tissue are more difficult to visualize, even with and MRI which has better soft tissue resolution. However based on the appearance of the obstruction they can often characterize it as likely due to adhesions, volvulus, ileus, etc.
