Hi All!

My take down surgery was on Monday. Everything went well except that I wasn't expecting such severe cramps or the constant use of the bathroom after my first bowel movement (had one on Monday night at 11 pm then again at 3 am. Tuesday was constant cramps and movements but was told that was normal and today (Wednesday) started to ease to my relief! I was originally told that I was going home on Thursday but Dr. Reddy's resident came in this morning and told me I was going home today!

Right now my biggest problem is after sitting for a while how much my mid section hurts when I get up to walk.  Hopefully this will go away sooner than later. I know, patience. All things in good time. This will be a challenge for me as I am not very patient person (with certain things.) Looking forward to going to the gym is a few weeks so I can continue to lose more weight and get down to 145 lbs like Dr. Reddy wants.  So far I am not regretting the operations like I was after my first operation. I have more confidence that everything will turn out great.

My thanks to all of that gave me advice and encouragement. I hope that I can pay it forward on this site now that I have gone through it myself!
