Hello to everyone. I have been on this sight long ago. I can't tell you much it helped me with understanding my J-pouch surgery in 2010. It was the best thing I did. It helped me in every way. I am having problems. I was on VSL#3ds for many years. They stopped giving it to me, I guess because of my age. I cannot afford to buy it. It is very expensive. I am having problems and I am reaching out for an alternative to help me with my pouch. If you have any info to get me back to a better place I would appreciate.
