At first I read it seems to be common but I don't understand why. Vitamins making you fatigued. I noticed this when I started a B complex pill. I would take it then pass out for a good couple of hours. So tired on them so I stoped and had more energy.

So I got magnesium and calcium citrate and I took a few swigs of it and next thing I knew the phone was waking me up. I have had a very bad eye twitch/spasm for 2 weeks so hoped it was a magnesium issue.
