Is it best to take Visbiome capsules with or without food? The instructions don’t say and I’ve searched for the answer in the internet to no avail. Anyone take Visbiome capsules (not packets) as a preventative measure?- if so, what daily dose do you take?
I believe that there’s no evidence that taking it with food matters.
Thanks Scott - so taking with or without food doesn’t impact its effectiveness? I sort of recall seeing something about taking probiotics on an empty stomach but it's most convenient for me to take at breakfast when I take my multivitamin.
The packet (powder) form is most often mixed with food, such as yogurt or applesauce. It’s definitely fine to take with food.
