I have had several intestinal surgeries, to include ileostomy, reversal, as well as surgery for obstructions. I've had my J pouch for about 6 years. Yesterday I experienced a sensation I haven't had before. I was driving home, and pardon the nature of the post, but this is what happened. I was driving home and started getting pains in my lower abdomen. This pain soon led to a feeling that was actually a combination of needing to pee and ejaculate. I know that sounds very strange, and it felt even stranger than it sounds. Once I got home, and got out of the car it went away. Has anyone had this or have any ideas what's going on? I've also had numerous lower back surgeries unrelated to the J-pouch. Nerve damage? Again I apologize for the graphic nature of the post, but that's just what happened. TIA for any help.
