I am surprised to hear that a breakfast/lunch  item is affecting nighttime sleep 12-16 hours away.

I am 2 years into this and try to follow a pragmatic approach to food choices.

- when I can eat

- what I can eat

- how much I can eat

at this point I pretty much know with good degree of certainty, based on the above, how a particular food is going to work with my body and I act accordingly.
