Ulcers in the pouch, maybe Crohns?

Doing by biannual scope and my surgeon found ulcers. He sent biopsies to lab and tells me it’s not cancer. Went for subsequent scope with GI doc. She thinks possibly Crohns. Anyone have this experience? Wondering what happens next. Sometimes it feels like I’m falling apart in slow motion.

When my pouchitis was new and untreated (around 2008) I had plenty of pouch ulcers. It wasn’t from Crohn’s, or at least I have no reason to believe it was. Cipro cleared them up nicely. I’ve had to stay on Cipro to stay well, but I’ve gotten very good results that way.
