I use turmeric tincture that's homemade.  I grind up 1/2 lb turmeric, add black peppercorns, and soak it in everclear + water for 6 (or so) months, then use a cheesecloth to squeeze out the solids and place the liquid in little glass jars which I use over the next 6 (or so) months until I'm out, by which time the new batch is ready.  Here's the recipe I use (I double it): https://willamettetransplant.c...ecipe/#comment-16113
