Just started this on Friday for suspected Pouchitis, my first time on it. My dose is 400mg, 3 times daily for 6 weeks.Already feel a bit light headed and nauseous. Metallic taste in mouth. Looking for tips on how to get through the next 6 weeks. 😩

Perhaps you can ask to have your dose reduced. I'm chronically on antibiotics for pouchitis, but very small amounts are very effective for me. With Flagyl, I only take the 250 MG and get by with once a day. That's not typical for a two week dose, but still the 250 MG twice day may be sufficient.
