My daughter followed a low fiber diet, under 3 grams on fiber content. At first soups, pudding, yogurt, protein shakes. Chicken breast, lean ground hamburger, ground chicken, fish (low fiber like flounder) No vegetables at first and then only well cooked ones later. Mashed potatoes then later white rice. White bread. You can always google low fiber.

the main thing is to stick to food that doesn't leave stringy balls of fibre such as raw vegetables and citrus fruit etc. Otherwise eat what you have an appetite for - your body knows what it needs. Oh and keep up the fluids and salty things until everything settles down.
