I was to preface this by noting I have seen a medical professional, had a full blood work up and am waiting on their analysis. I just want to hear from like anatomy people who might find they have a better idea, as we tend to be an anomaly to most medical professionals....

For the last month or so I have been increasingly tired, do wake 1-3 times a night to go which is my norm, have joint aches, arthritis, and muscle aches. I get headaches daily, not to the extent of a migraine but enough to need tylenol and a dark room, sometimes even twice a day. I find my muscles aches just going for a walk. I have been hydrating like mad as we have had high temps and humidity in my area this summer, so I don't think I am dehydrated. I know from the blood work that my red blood cell count is low and my sed rate is high. I have had a flare of my eczema. Sometimes experience pouch spasms. Also having numbness and tingling in hands and forearms which is being treated for carpel tunnel right now. I haven't started an new work out regime, in fact I am finding it exhausting to even go for walks. I have been trying to become more active but the pains and tiredness seem to win out.

Has anyone else had these issues and found a way around them?

I hate to say this, but your signs and symptoms sound very much like one of my inflammatory arthritis flares. I get increasing joint pain and stiffness, with associated fatigue. I feel like the air I am walking through is not air, but molasses. I get out of breath walking short distances. Sometimes it is associated with increased gut symptoms, but it is not consistent. I don't get headaches though. I already take a biologic and pain meds for my arthritis.

When these flares occur I take NSAIDs for up to two weeks. If that does not work, then I ask for a short course of prednisone with a fast taper over two weeks. It always works for me.

It may be completely off base for you, but maybe worth exploring inflammatory arthritis if everything else is ruled out. I went years before being diagnosed.
