Stricture, cuffitis and suppositories

So my daughter is still having blood.
After 3 scopes in the last 5 months
She has had biopsies also. The results come back with a stricture at the
anastomoses site and UC in the cuff.
They dialte the stricture and say the pouch
looks good but the cuff still has UC.
They said they believe the blood is coming from the stricture. And that the stricture is being caused by the inflammation in the cuff.
For 15 days now she has been doing the
Canasa in the morning and the hydrocortisone
at night. She just had quite a bit of blood
again. How long does it take for he medicine to work? The nurse said by two weeks we should see improvement. Is it not working?
Sorry I am just so frustrated for her!please if anyone has used the suppositories can you tell me how long it took to work or not.
