Stress effects everyones' intestinal tract...even people without pouches...it is biological...fight or flight reflex. People with 'normal' guts are programmed to empty the intestines out before facing aggression, stress or danger...so it is normal that when we feel stress our guts turn to water, we get gassy, things boil in there...
Depending on what is going on mine either liquifys (good thing for me), runs like crazy (feels like pouchitis) or dries out (I dehydrate).
Goes strait back to normal as soon as I am no longer stressed out.
