Stomach pain

Hi,

My son had his takedown 11 yrs ago. This past year he has had a lot of stomach pains. He said it goes basically from the top of his stomach and sometimes all around to the back. He has had cat scans, blood work, etc.. We thought it was his gallbladder but the ultrasound did not show there was a problem. However, his labs showed elevations in some of his tests and when I checked them out - they suggested gall bladder. I am so frustrated and hate seeing him in pain. Can anybody offer some suggestions? I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you so much!

If there are lab elevations suggestive of gallbladder issues and persistent symptoms, ultrasound is just a first step. Be a squeaky wheel and ask for other imaging. CT, MRI, HIDA scan etc.. Don't let them rely on one negative result.
