small bleeding after first operatio

Hello to all,

I had my colon and rectum removed 6 weeks ago and a jpouch constructed. All is fine , no fever , no fatique. Sttols are passing through the temporary stoma until takedown.However i do have very small leaks of blood coming out from the anus and a bit more during the evening. the doctors say that this is normal due to the fact that they used staples and its simply an irritation. Does any one have any comments on this.

Normal. My son had these symptoms for several weeks. Don't be surprised if you find a staple or two!
