Did anyone have, or have had, this problem ? I'm experiencing for three weeks now. It's something that exits from anus precisely when I have an orgasm, and it's not fecal matter, as the toilet paper is clean... But, I feel something wet and my doctor (I wrote him by email) said it could be mucus (I feared seminal liquid caused by  a fistula) ... I don't know what to think, the anal area is stressed and burns a bit; my other general doctor advised Topster as we are thinking it's internal emhorroids or a fissure... It's really annoying... Above all the fact that a pleasant thing like the sexual intercourse ends with this...

Today I started antibiotics, fingers crossed... I started Cipro + Flagyl ... If nothing happens I'll try Topster, or maybe Antrolin ...

It probably is just mucus - certainly not semen. Antibiotics are a reasonable thing to try, though I would have chosen one rather than two. When my pouchitis wasn’t well controlled I sometimes had clear seepage, especially at night. Have you had seepage at any other time? Have you had a pouchoscopy?

Hi Scott,

I tried both becasue I usually just take ciproxin but latest months it doens't give a great well being... With Ciproxin and Flagyl thigs are going better, the pouchitis is 50% cleared, but still it happen some sort of leakage I really don't like. My generic doctor advised me corticosteroid suppositories but I want to try then as a last resort; I also have to try antrolin cream; I hope both them can help me, but now I'm waiting to see my gastroenterologist who hopefully will give me some other advice... I'm really worried as I don't want to take those symptom long...
