You've just had your surgery . I know the pain and the feeling. i couldnt stand or walk easily. Everytime I went to the bathroom I just didnt want to wash as it would burn alot . Everyone's probably been through this phase. It will take 2-3 weeks to get fine. I used all tubes and ointment. I found zinc oxide paste to be helpfull. It will instantly cooldown the area. For healing it back to normal I used sudocrem. Its a great paste and my go to for any butt problem. You can also try tropical steroid creams but the above 2 will do if you apply them regularly. I too felt at one point my butt would crack open but its just getting used to the new normal again.

Yeah I am a month down with takedown so I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes the output just increases more than normal. It has multiple factors involved like consistency , amount of gas built up and how much we eat. Our pouches are relatively new and still healing so it takes time to get close to a solid output. Even normal people have to go more on some days. Vaseline and coconut oil is what my doc suggested but I had sudocrem and it worked so I didnt try them. For me I just dont get up till the gas inside of me is out or else I'd just have to come back again soon . You'll know when theres gas inside the pouch which is almost always. The pressure from it is higher than the output itself and is thus harder to hold back . I go like 6 times now. And I am on a bulking diet so i've been eating a lot more than my usual.
