i dread when 4:00 pm rolls around and my j-pouch kicks into high gear. Actually, I do feel like i am completely emptying.
Sometimes there isn't much there though? But I "feel" empty. I don't have to go again for another 1-2 hours.
But emptying just hurts a lot, and hurts for hours after each BM.
is this normal? 7 weeks out?
