I have a j Pouch for over 20 years, and very occasionally have some accidents at night.  I always take my probiotic in the morning and thinking it might be better to take before bedtime, however afraid I might have looser stools.  Just wonder if anyone with a J pouch take it at bedtime.  Thank you always for your help.
