I am officially 3 years with my total proctocolectomy. Almost 3 years with jpouch after second surgery. Thankfully never had pouchitist, that I know about. Recently, like two weeks. I started having extreme urgency, more frequently, and the feeling of not being done? I know TMI. Ladies, like a UTI on the other side! Decreased appetite, tired, mild nausea. Took a couple extra Imodium when needed, changed to bland diet. Went away. Well it's back. Could this be a pouchitist?
Going to see a new GI next week. Have it seen one in 2 years, no problems but my surgeon moved to Israel and I really just put it off. So finally scheduled a regular appointment and now this pops up.
