As everyone knows I have been suffering for 15 years and have tried literally everything. I have resigned myself to antibiotics but unfortunately they all give my horrible yeast infections so it is important that xifaxan keeps working for me. I have found that I must take it 2 times a day or I start to flare. I also must take it with probiotics. It does not matter which kind but was does matter is that I switch them up or I will flare as what started to happen this week after forgetting to take them for a while, bad me. In fact to get back on track I downed 3 different kinds in one shot. So, if antibiotics start to fail upping and changing or adding more probiotics might help. For me it seems it is a bacterial imbalance that needs contast readjustment. My GI doctor confirmed it is a bacteria imbalance btw by the location of the inflammation which is on the top of the pouch. Happy Holidays! Dec 26 will be 16 years starting this wonderful adventure, lol, did u know they play Xmas music in the hospital on Xmas day? Go lightly was my holiday diner! Oy! This year Chinese!
