Pouchitis, entyvio, now back pain

Hi all!
mice had chronic pouchitis for 20 plus years and started entyvio about a year ago. Still antibiotic dependant. Since then I hurt my back and it has come back at night like a burning pain and wax in my hips the other night. No injury just doing a detox cleanse though. I think I’m my mind that the entyvio is causing the cells not to enter the gut but now my spine instead? Any one else experience this please and thanks 😊
