pouchitis and sleeping issues

was diagnosed with pouchitis a week ago nearly complete with my 10 day cipro and 7 day flagyl treatment however since starting both meds i have not been able to sleep at normal times even with sleep aids. Looking for others who experience this and hearing hope that this will go back to normal soon?

i should of also added i take a celexia and blood thinner as well. Here is to suggestions and thank you in advance for the help
