The only relationship I can think of is that pouchitis can increase frequency and, perhaps, push you over the edge into dehydration. Once that happens all kinds of trouble are possible, including electrolyte imbalances. If you’re peeing light-colored urine at least a few times per day then that explanation doesn’t apply. And @Former Member will probably you tell you to eat a salty snack, like potato chips (crisps).
