Pouchitis?

In the past when I had trouble pushing it out, it was because I was not drinking enough water. I drink a ton of water now and that problem has faded. I think if you drink more water, this situation could definitely possibly clear up.

I can understand that answer well  but i really don't think this is the cause of this. If so the stool would be hard right? It's like applesauce and watery some times. In my opinion there's something wrong with the anus. But i will try to chunk down more water and see anyway, I'm probably don't drink enough anyway

You would be surprised Lol. I had the same exact problem you had and the drinking water thing cleared it up. I am glad you are going to try it and see

Do you think you might have a stricure??? When were you last scoped???

It's been like 1.5 months ago i think.. I had the same issues then. But with pain in the anus. Then the gi found an infection where the pouch is connected to the anus. But the pouch looked super fine. I have the exact same issues now without the pain.

But will absolutely try to drink more

Are you eating anything different? Taking any new meds or vitamins? Sometimes the slightest thing we ingest can cause havoc on our system, either diarrhea or very formed stool.

No, not really. Eating the same as usual. But I'm probably eating way to much sugar...

Maybe go for a long walk or don't eat red meat.or chocolate is like liquid lava
