Hi.

Now i have a lot of trouble pushing out the stool when I'm at the toilet.. I have to work really really hard to get out some. And my body push by itself too.. I'm not constipated. And it burns or itches like hell when I'm done. Just inside the anus. I haven't seen any blood so far.

I've been on cipro for a long time. Like one pill a day for this problem. Before when it started i just take to pills a day and it was getting better after half a day. This time i didn't notice any difference after 5 days.. So i guess the cipro isn't working anymore?

I had scopes done before when it was like this and the gi didn't mention anything about pouchitis..

And i even have this horrible feeling all day long in my anus, like it's pushing all the time or something is stuck inside. And i have urges too now.

In gonna call my gi tomorrow for some help, but does anybody else had something like this before?

I can understand that answer well  but i really don't think this is the cause of this. If so the stool would be hard right? It's like applesauce and watery some times. In my opinion there's something wrong with the anus. But i will try to chunk down more water and see anyway, I'm probably don't drink enough anyway

You would be surprised Lol. I had the same exact problem you had and the drinking water thing cleared it up. I am glad you are going to try it and see

Do you think you might have a stricure??? When were you last scoped???

Are you eating anything different? Taking any new meds or vitamins? Sometimes the slightest thing we ingest can cause havoc on our system, either diarrhea or very formed stool.
