Pouch Birthday Pain

Today is 2 years since my take down and my pouch started working. I am so happy to have those years behind me and pray things don't go backward at all next year! Last spring was miserable with cuffitis and c.diff. I refuse to have anything like that this spring!

I am in pain today, and usually am every day, but I ate a tiny salad last night and the pain is worse. At least that is what I'm blaming it on.

Congratulations on your milestone. I empathize with you as it has not been an easy road for many of us since takedown. I too deal with some amount of pain With chronic cuffitis daily after 19 months since my takedown. Here's to hoping you have a happy, more pain free new year.
