Call your doc. I know if I don't try to drink 8 oz of fluid every 2 hrs then I get dehydrated easy. If little to nothing is passing from below you could have a tight partial obstruction -- I think if you are still not able to keep much if anything down, are extremely bloated, have nothing or little passing from below your surgeon needs to know on the off chance you have a bowel obstruction. Mine looked like a V going and minimal passing through. I had to stay in the hospital to get fluids etc. Please call your surgeon -- tell them about the nausea, vomiting, dizziness etc because dehydration still needs to be addressed and to make sure no other issues are present. Keep us updated.
I agree. At the very least, you probably need IV fluids until this passes. Go to the ER if needed.
