I suggest to everyone ,regardless of having a pouch already or not because people i know do it and it helps them. The Dr will NEVER TELL YOU ABOUT THIS,. I am very unbiased about this product. I have no financial interest in it, only in the need i have to try my best to help opther people feel better in whatever way i can . I can personally tell you i use it once every 6 months now as a preventative natural medicine. I will swear to it that it saved my life from surgery and all what goes with it. I am so glad i met this Honest German Doctoir who told me i did the right thing.
