I'm five weeks post op from getting a K pouch and rectal removal (previously had a j pouch). I'm able to get an erection with no problems, but after I ejaculate I feel a deep pain, from the base of my penis right through to where my rectum use to be. Also, the ejaculate itself isn't bright, white semen like it use to be. It looks more like pre-ejaculate, almost a clear, colorless substance. The pain lasts for hours after, and makes urinating difficult. Anyone experience this, and if so, what did you do about it,mim kind of worried about, I'm just thankful I can still get hard, after 6 surgeries and three intestinal diversions, his disease has taken enough ready!!
