Pain after surgery :(

Hi all

i have recently had my 2nd out of 3 surgeries first total collectomy and now have had a j pouch and loop ileostomy just waiting for reconnection.

anyway since the surgery I have had a lot of pain right at the exit, feels swollen and like I need to go, similar to my UC feelings but only in a tiny bit rather than my whole abdomen in pain.

anyway my doc says I have a 3mm hole in the jpouch op was done in February so wondering if it will heal and anyone’s had any experience of an unsealed pouch and if that’s the pain I’m experiencing or if it might be something else.

any advice or experience anyone has is gratefully appreciated.
