Just wondering if suppositories cannot be done, is there an oral med for cuffitis? I believe in the past I took Entocort for it but cant recall. I may have minor cuffitis and going in for my annual scope next week hopefully. Since I have minor leakage with my redone pouch, suppositories just don't work for me as they cause more leakage.

had upper scope, all normal...pouchoscopy showed two small ulcers at the pouch inlet so Dr Shen stated very mild pouchitis so prescribed Tindamax for 14 days. Said everything else looked really good. Been on them for 5 days now but my frequency has increased ??  and every once in a while I get some bleeding in the toilet, there after one poop and then gone the next.. he stated most likely from having a pouch redo. Said the area there is shortened and is very prone to irritation. ok  lol
