Not feeling well after stopping antibiotics

Hi, all. I saw the GI specialist for the new diagnosis of Crohn's and really liked him. We did a lot of blood work and the plan is to scope me under anesthesia then do a camera capsule study. He says even though it looks like Crohn's he "wants to be 100 % convinced". I like the possibility that it may not be Crohn's!!
However, he told me stop all antibiotics and within 24 hours I am starting to feel sick again. Fatigue ( I slept 12 hours last night--I don't do that usually), joints aching more, and diarrhea increased. Any suggestions? I'm calling him today for more info. Want to know if this is necessary for the additional testing or if I can go back on the antibx. I need to work. Thanks for any suggestions. Tired of being tired..

Spoke with the doctor. I'm back on the antibiotics. Hoping to feel better soon. Also, told me I'm anemic.
