Dealing with current bout of Pouchitis and currently on (10) day course of Flagyl and VSLDS. Doing a lot better except at night in deep sleep. Any suggestions?
Right now...I take (2) immodium right before bed.

im an inpatient at UNC right now. Guessing from your username you like UNC. Is that where your surgery was performed? Herfarth out me on desipramine at nighttime because it's side-effect of constipation and I have less accidents.
Id also get pads (like women where during their periods) to wear in your underwear to catch it.
If it's just light seepage you might try tucking a cotton ball slightly inside - folks here have reported good results with that approach. You might also try soluble fiber with dinner. I had better luck with Lomotil than Imodium. Good luck.
My nocturnal seepage seems to fluctuate with the dosage of antibiotics I am taking. At higher dosages, no or little seepage. At lower dosages, more seepage. Nocturnal seepage has become the strongest indicator of where I am in battling pouchitis. I do have a stock of Depends diapers to get me through the rough patches, but there are also times when I don't need them.
