My triglycerides are high

After first surgery remove colon and create ileostomy ..my liver enzymes are high and triglycerides i was 63 kilos before first surgery after first surgery lost 22 kg(pilots) second surgery i was 42 and after second surgery about one year after second surgery i was 60 kilos after 5 years after second surgery i am 67 kilos my question is because surgery is very traumatic and very hard surgery and losing so much weight ..and gain weight my liver enzymes and triglycerides are high anybody have issues with liver and triglycerides after surgery? I drink for liver meds but not help very well or because i have polyps in ampulla vater can make liver enzymes high

Elevated liver enzymes may simply be a result of inflammation. Removing the diseased parts won’t stop the fact that your body suffers and autoimmune disease, and you will have inflammation. Best to find ways to reduce inflammation- diet/ exercise,etc
