More surgery!! :( Need advice!!

Just got the news from GI dr. that there is a fistula from pouch to top of vagina. He also said there is a lot of thickening seen which leads him to believe Crohns has developed. He says due to the complexity of the fistula & prior fistula repair that he doubts any dr. in this area (LA) will be willing to do surgery. I am adamant about returning to CC. He suggests getting a complete GI work up by someone at CC before seeking a surgeon. I do not know who to go to. Dr. Fazio was the one who did my recovaginal repair in 2006 but I know he is no longer there. Can someone please tell me who I should see for the GI workup & then who should I go to for the surgery now that Dr. Fazio is not there? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!
