I hope everyone is having an enjoyable holiday season. My 2 yr anniversary for j-pouch creation is coming up in Feb , and I feel like I have finally turned a corner about 2mths ago and starting to make plans without first wondering if my j-pouch will behave. I think that is a real big step in the right direction. I consider this the best gift of all and hope more get to enjoy the gift of a j-pouch that decides it wants to behave.

My ALL the Holidays bring to each one of us happiness, joy, and GOOD HEALTH.

I also seem to have turned a mile stone.I hope I continue to feel well with my pouch.What a difference in the last few weeks for me.
