Men...anyone experience sexual dysfunction from surgery??

I'm going for my pouch redo/revision with the great Dr Remzi at the Cleveland Clinic in mid February. I was told there is a 4-5% risk of sexual dysfunction or urinary issues. I believe these are same percentages they give you before original jpouch surgery correct? Anxiety is up today as I think about possibly having either of these issues from surgery. I never really thought about it before my first surgery in 2008 but am today. Has anyone here had either of these happen to you??

First time my pouch was created I had to use a self-catheter for 3-4 months before I was able to finally pee normally. Also had some ED issues for 1-2 months. So to answer your question, yes it is a real possibility especially since they are hling to be working down around those nerves.
