Marathon skin prep

Hello all, have any of you tried the Marathon skin healing product? I have excoriated skin around my stoma an Ostomy nurse just used this on me two days ago. Non sting it was NOT , still sting and burning today. Now I am concerned about how to remove it for my bag change.
The information is not mentioning that it was to be used over excoriated skin and needs a special type of remover.
can anyone offer some help on this?
