I had been having lots of trouble with my “megapouch”, but I never thought to try a temporary low residue diet to see whether it would help. I started a few days ago and it has made a difference. Less bloating + gas, less constipation (weirdly – megapouch makes things go opposite), less hassle cooking.

Wish I had thought of it sooner!
