for the past four days, I've had low grade frontal lobe headaches that radiate into my jaw and come and go during the course of the day.

At first, I assumed it was a hydration issue, but I've been very careful about making sure I'm well hydrated since Saturday and all other signs point to good hydration levels.

i'm not sure this is a poch related issue, but does anyone know if there's some sort of nutrional imbalance that could be the root cause?

obviously, if this keeps up, I'll see my GP, but if there's an electrolyte or vitamin issue that might address the issue, I'm all ears.

I think you are describing allergies and sinus stuff.  I have extremely bad allergies and even worse sinus disease.  A frontal lobe headache is classic sinus disease.  Top teeth may hurt.  Or could be TMJ.  That also causes headaches and jaw pain.  Check your eyes.  I bet you have dark circles in the corners or even red lines on your lower lids.  Go see an ENT.  Forget the primary!
