Hi!

Just wondering if anyone else has this same problem?  I have learned in the last year or so that i am prone to kidney stones and after having a few blasted last year.  My urologist had me do two seperate 24 hour urine tests and both times my citric acid was either 152 or 154, which is at least half of what it should be.  Now I go to a nephrologist next week.

Any words of wisdom?

I don't know if I have any words of wisdom, but my urologist recommended that I drink water mixed with a half lemon every day and drink plenty of water. I must admit that I don't  drink lemon juice every day, but I do so regularly - especially when I feel a stone may be developing. So far so good.
