I post here ever so often because I've had a j-pouch since 1999 and I've struggled with pouchitis at times in addition to having multiple obstructions over the years. I had lapo surgery last year to clean up adhesions, which were causing the obstructions. It's been better so far....
I'm currently studying to become a certified Health Coach and I'm looking for a practice client from this community.
This is totally Free of Charge and you would be my client over the next 90 days. We would meet or talk on the phone once per week for about 1 hour each week. You don't have to live near me.
We simply establish a positive health related goal of your choosing and I coach you to achieve that goal. This is a very positive approach focusing mostly on your strengths to get results.
