Lichen sclerosis - anyone? | The J-Pouch Group

Hi. I have been recently diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosis. I am told this is an autoimmune condition so I guess I shouldn't be surprised - I got UC at 12 and had my colectomy/takedown in 2008.

I have been using a topical steroid for the last few months and have not been able to completely clear it. Does anyone here have this problem? If so, how were you able to get it under control? It is really frustrating!!
