Okay I am post initial surgery by 2.5 weeks. I have had butt leakage but have been able to control it since the hospital, today I started having mucus foul smelling stuff leak out of my lady bits, it feels like im peeing with how fast it comes out. Is this normal? I am so confused and embarrassed. I didn't go to church tonight because of it

Not normal...you need to see your doc immediately...sounds suspiciously like a fistula.
For now you need pads to absorb it all and make you more comfortable.

He says it might be backwash, but its a lot and smells awful. I have no idea what backwash is
He needs to physically see you. I had too much guessing post op, until I basically put my foot down to be seen and actually examined. They need to work you in...
Agree....this need to be addressed with an office visit. Make sure you get an apt.
