I get the butt leakage after you have the first part of the surgery, but I am 2.5 weeks post op from the first surgery and for the past 5 hours I have had leakage out of my lady parts. It is starting to worry me. I can control the butt stuff I have been able to since being discharged but the frontal just happens even when im sitting and not straining,, its gross. Any advice or has it happened to anyone else?

Not normal for the post op period. I would indeed call your doctor Monday if it persists. Could be unrelated, but sometimes fistulas can happen (connections between places that shouldn't connect), and rectal-vaginal ones are definitely places that can connect within our patient population.
But before you jump to conclusions, are you taking new meds? Doing anything different? Anything at all?
no meds at all. Just normal stuff.
He says its Backwash??? no sure what that means
I think he is assuming you cannot tell the difference from poop that has splashed to your vagina and what is coming from it. You could get a vaginal infection, but it could also be a fistula, especially if you have air coming from the vagina.
